We do call ourselves a gfusionh restaurant because we do fuse our cultures. Our staff is primarily Japanese, including the chef, pastry chef, and Japanese culinary educators. Therefore, in spite of the classic French bistro concept, you will see some gJapaneseh type dishes slipped into the menu. Our spicy mayonnaise tempura has been a long time favorite and has stood the test of time since it always seems to survive our menu revisions. The other Japanese aspect of our food is not as obvious but includes the Japanese aesthetic eye to detail, presentation, and freshness of each ingredient. We also serve creative, innovative sushi from our lounge next door. Our sushi chef adjusts his sushi and creative roll combinations according to the season. If you like sea urchin, come early in the week, since he often has great gunih for the early foodies. Finally, our pastry chef will dazzle you with innovative and original pastries. We emphasize the pairing of wine and food. All of our wines are specially priced and represent incredible values.
